The world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery AGRITECHNICA 2019 is officially over, but we are still under the impression of this extraordinary event.
Agritechnica organizers point out that the trend towards increased machine outputs and dimensions is continuing, particularly in the case of forage harvesters. The mowing market is dominated by disc mowers. Particularly in mower combinations such as the butterfly combinations, they achieve extremely high power with high operating safety. Mowing giant in a brand new company
Whole SIP team is proud that at the stand we were presented one of the SIP innovations: cutting-edge 15-meter wide mowing combination SILVERCUT DISC 1500 T in a combination with the brand new 3,8-meter wide front mower SILVERCUT DISC 380 F S-FLOW. A perfect system capable of mowing up to 22,5 ha/h! To reduce the time-consuming maintenance on the machine, it will be equipped with an automatic central greasing system. A win-win combination! Next season novelty is a mower combination of SC DISC 900 C RC – rubber roller conditioner with a 9-meter working width and 340 F RC, offer high efficiency, durability, low maintenance costs and are intended for large-scale alfalfa farming. The top-quality cut is ensured with the combination of hydro-pneumatic suspension and the central-pivoting cutter bars. Double driven, helix-shaped rubber rollers provide consistent forage flow. The set of two eight-disc cutter-bars is introduced with the new second-generation SILVERCUT headstock offering the machine even better rigidity and stability on rough terrain.
Professional heavy-duty line
Let us introduce you to an entry model from a line of SIP professional heavy-duty (HD) tedders: eight-basket rotary tedder SPIDER 900|8 with a 9-meter working width, specially designed for work on large surfaces and heavy crop. SPIDER 900|8 is a “smaller brother” of 1100|10 model. The line of SIP heavy-duty modular tedders stretches up to 14 rotors SPIDER 1500|14 T with 15-meter working width. SIP on his stand also presented our flagship in a family of rotary rakes – STAR 1250|50 T, which creates perfect, evenly shaped and clean swaths.
Visitors on SIP stand have learned how to increase productivity with a double combination of pick-up AIR rakes AIR 300 F and AIR 500 T. Did you know that the main benefit of using a double combination of front and trailed units, is that with the tractor you never drive over the cut grass or swaths? At this year’s AGRITECHNICA we introduced a new system of swath curtains integrated to the front AIR 300 F. The system will improve the swath creation especially on dry crops such as straw and corn residues.
SIP celebrate an important step
On Tuesday, the 12th of November, SIP hosted a VIP event and celebrated 65 years of operating. Many years of knowledge and experiences have led us to the present day, where SIP introduces a 3-year warranty period as proof of quality. Celebrating event was also an opportunity to thank you for the successful business partnership and to exchange experiences.
